BACKGROUND:
EMTEQUE Corporation
was involved in the complete removal of asbestos-containing materials
from this 24-floor high-rise located in the Wall Street area. Work included
the removal of accessible and inaccessible pipe and pipe fitting insulation,
roofing materials, transite, ductwork and vinyl floor tile. This work
was performed from October 1997 through January 1998. The project budget
for this work was approximately $1MM.
