BACKGROUND:
EMTEQUE Corporation
is currently the environmental consultant to Stahl Real Estate Co. Inc.
with respect to their on-going asbestos abatement programs. During the
winter of 1999 we have been involved in the abatement of approximately
100,000 square feet of commercial office space. Other services provided
to Stahl Real Estate include Indoor Air Quality surveys and SARA Title
III/NYC Community Right-to-Know chemical inventory compliance reviews.
