BACKGROUND:
EMTEQUE was
tasked with conducting a complete Phase I Environmental Site Assessment
for Georgetown Volvo of Saint James, NY as per the American Standard for
Testing and Materialís E1527-97 due diligence protocol. Due to the unique
nature of the loan and closing process, the client requested a turnaround
time of 10 calendar days for the Phase I report. EMTEQUE was able to deliver
the report on-time and at no added cost to the client, to the complete
satisfaction of the lending institution.
