BACKGROUND:
EMTEQUE was originally retained to conduct a Phase II Subsurface Investigation on this site. However, the initial lab results indicated that a prior spill had occurred, so EMTEQUEís scope of work was expanded to include the installation and subsequent monitoring of three groundwater inspection wells. EMTEQUE project managers are currently working with Joyva and NYSDEC personnel on developing appropriate site remediation plans to close the spill at some point in the near future.
